Hello. We need to start a meeting with interpretation into Italian but Italian language is not in the menu to choose. What can we do?

You can added it as one more language:

Add and select languages after enabling Language Interpretation

Once Language Interpretation is enabled at the account, user, or group level, you can select or add languages.

Once enabled, the following default 9 languages will be displayed:
- English
- Chinese
- Japanese
- German
- French
- Russian
- Portuguese
- Spanish
- Korean
Click the plus sign (+) symbol to add more languages.
Under Add Language, enter the name of the language you want to add.
Select the language in the drop-down menu.
Click Add.
Once added, the language will be in your list of languages.
