Reports - inaccurate attendance count

Hello everyone. I was wondering if any of you have had trouble with Zoom generating inaccurate reports, particularly on the participant count. Is it possible that Zoom reports register less participants than the ones that actually attended? Has it happened before? 

Also, how come on one of my reports I see Zoom counted +100 participants, but the same document only shows the names of less than 10 of them? Is anyone having this problem?

I'll give the second qn a shot.  it sounds like most folks are joining anonymously, without creating a Zoom login for themselves.

I recently attended a two day webinar and on the second day it has several hours missing from the report. I had to sign in with another device but used the same name/email and it didn't record the time and now I can't get my CE's because of the missing time.

 I"m furious it's got me logged out at 1:19 and logging back in at 4:50 which isn't true.
