New combined report for meetings

TLDR: Has anyone figured out a way to generate a report with "unique participants" in the new combined meeting participation reports?

I run 10 - 15 Zoom events per month for which I need to generate attendance reports (i.e, a list of who attended each meeting). This has been cumbersome, so I welcomed the addition of the new combined reports. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a way to only include "unique participants" in these combined reports, as you could with the individual reports I generated in the past. This is a problem because every time a participant enters the main room, even if they are returning from a breakout room, they are counted as a separate participant. For example, a recent meeting had 15 unique participants, but the combined report says that there were 64 participants since each participant is listed multiple times because of movement in and out of breakout rooms. This renders the new combined reports useless for my purposes. Even worse, the Zoom release notes indicate that the old way of generating reports will disappear in January 2025, leaving no option for generating the type of reports I need.

Thank you for asking this.  I have a similar issue.  Also, the multiple pages that are shown before one sees the "printed" version means I can no longer use ctrl-f to find my students individually to see when they arrived.  I used to be able to do that, but now my "search" doesn't work unless I happen to be on the page.  Having a single page was much better for searching the entire roster of attendees.

You could download the individual reports and combine them in excel using a pivot table. To automate this you can use APIs to extract the event reports and apply transformations to deduplicate. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you generate combined meeting reports where each participant is only listed once, regardless of how many times they entered the meeting.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unless they have changed their functionality in the last month, Salepager does not remove duplicates from combined reports. I tested this app in February and decided not to subscribe for this reason. I am not a developer and downloading individual reports is extremely cumbersome and time consuming. It would be nice if Zoom would simply add the ability to remove duplicates from combined reports, as you can already do with individual reports.
