Someone else has to record for you, then you will see it as he/she sets it up. (Hint: have the second person use Gallery Side by Side to see more faces than yours.)

I'll give the second qn a shot. it sounds like most folks are joining anonymously, without creating a Zoom login for themselves.

Can that message (the audio of it) be customized? We have a noticeable percentage of folks connecting by telephone only, and when they hear "You are muted, you can unmute by pressing *6..." or similar, a few think this is an invitation to unmute. it'...
