Registration works on laptop but takes them directly to the zoom link on cell phone

I have created a meeting with registration required. When I send out the link if attendees open from a computer it has them register like normal. If they open this same link from a cell phone it takes them directly to the zoom meeting space and says host will let you in. The meeting isn't for another 20 days. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I had this same thing happen for a Zoom Meeting earlier this month and came here to see if there were any answers. We have another one to schedule and I was hoping there was a fix or answer to this.
