Hi,
I have used zoom for 5 years, but I've encountered one serious issue recently.
Right after buying new android laptop, I can't connect my ipad screen to my laptop at all.
It just says "Your screensharing is paused."
I've already followed all steps from ZVA, the AI messanger, but they all are unhelpful.
Is there any way that I directly can talk to the service manager?
I have to get it fixed for my work as soon as possible.
