How to reduce video width, normally the size of the video fits the size of my green chromakey, for whatever reason the video width has increased and now can see both sides of green screen and what's behind the screen, blur imaging is not an option due to the type of work I do, how to I decrease it again please?

Have you attempted to toggle the 'Original Ratio' and 'HD' options in Zoom Client's Settings->Video dialogue? This should provide you with an accurate preview of what will be shown in-call - it's possible that the aspect ratio settings may have been changed during an update.
It's also possible that your camera has additional settings that can be accessed via a designated utility. Can you please provide the make/model of the camera you're using (even if internal)? This information will be helpful when providing next steps.

Thank you for this. I have tried both Original Ratio and HD options, ticking both, did not work. Unticking both did not work. Untick and tick one at a time did not work. I have also gone into the external camera setting, nothing there to affec the zoom settings.
I have used zoom for the past three years without any issue until the latest update.
The external camera I use is Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920.
This is now affecting my work as the widescreen is causing a distraction and bigger than the size of the chromakey I have behind me.
I am unable to use the blur facility as it blurs the use of sign language, so that is not a viable option for my work.
I cannot find where is the aspect ratio settings?
If you can provide further assistance, it would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I will see if I can grab a C920 at some point today to test, but I believe changing the field-of-view width is possible with Logitech's LogiTune utility.
