I received a link to my recording but missed a text saying I only had one week to download the recording. And now it has been more than a week, it has been 11 days. The recording was important. Can it be restored? For some reason, I thought I had 30 days.

Hi, @AnnikaChristina,
Take a look at your Personal -> Recordings -> Cloud Recordings tab... over on the far right, if there is an icon labelled "Trash" with a number beside it, click it:
You'll see all files that are "in the trash but not yet deleted". There's a Recover button on the far right, which will move it back to the Cloud Recordings list, where you can access and download it.
If there's no Trash icon, or the files are not there, they're gone.
