Recording in the cloud disappeared

I recorded a zoom meeting 10 days ago to the cloud. I received a link in my e-mail. It worked on the day I recorded but now the link leads to a page "404 Not Found" and I cannot find the recordings on the cloud either. It's only been 10 days, how can...
