Whenever I do an interview recording on zoom, it records like this:

How do I change the setting to record like this?

Hi, Aero.

 

For a similar look and feel, you don't get that natively from Zoom. I would suggest using something like OBS Studio: https://obsproject.com/ 

 

If you are not worried about live streaming, then any video editor like Adobe Premiere Pro can be used for editing recordings and set them as you wish.
