Hello,
Our fitness business has a premium account that we use to train clients virtually (we have multiple trainers utilize our business account since it’s under the same organization. When they log in from their individual device, it’s constantly asking for a verification code. Can we shut this option off so each of our staff can use the business account as needed when training their clients virtually?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @TonedBodyFitnes.
Not sure what you mean by "premium" account. There are free Basic accounts, Pro accounts for account with up to 10 Licensed users, and above that are Business and Enterprise accounts. I'm guessing you mean a Pro (paid) account with a single user license.
Unfortunately, multiple people sharing a single account is considered against Zoom's Terms of Service:
https://explore.zoom.us/en/terms/
See especially:
1.2 Prohibition on Sharing. You may not share an account, Host rights, or any other user rights with any other individual, unless otherwise expressly pre-approved by Zoom in writing. You may not share any login credentials or passwords regarding the foregoing with any other individual. You acknowledge that sharing of any such rights is strictly prohibited. Your right to use or access the Services and Software is personal to you and not assignable or transferable. You may not assign or transfer any account, Host rights, or any other user rights with any other individual, except upon (i) an individual termination of employment or relationship with their employer, as applicable, or (ii) Zoom’s prior express written approval.
Each person should have their own account for hosting their own meetings. The verification code requirement is primarily a security measure, but also does hinder accounts that appear to be frequently shared among various devices.
