When I tried to join a meeting today from an invitation, Zoom tells me to update. I click "ok" the update, but the update comes back with an error and won't update Zoom. I am using an M1 Mac with an up-to-date OS. I am stuck. Please help.

Thtas not ideal. Ok so i saw another post from 2022 where they dragged the installer into the "applications" folder and double-clicked from there - It just worked for me!

I have the same problem. It appears I can't use the zoom app anymore because it want's to update but it won't update. I get the error message 10004

I have the same issue - Tried uninstalling and reinstalling - Now I have no zoom app and it hasnt installed and if you go into the app store you cannot download it
