I've added a jpeg picture in my profile but it never appears, only my name. I don't know what's wrong as it all seems straight forward when i Save it.

Hi @JanetHudgins!

 

Are you logged in to your Zoom account when accessing the meeting? Usually, this occurs when the user is not logged in to their Zoom account before the meeting starts.

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

Yes, I’m signed in and my picture appears there but not when I’m in a meeting when I mute and stop the video .

Can you uninstall and then reinstall the Zoom application on your device? Is this also occurring to other participants in the meeting or just you?
