I've added a jpeg picture in my profile but it never appears, only my name. I don't know what's wrong as it all seems straight forward when i Save it.

I tho't I had posted my picture, twice, in the Zoom profile so it appears when online but that has never happened. Why is that?

Yes, I’m signed in and my picture appears there but not when I’m in a meeting when I mute and stop the video .

I have posted a picture in my profile and it appears in my account but never when I'm in a meeting and I block the video, only my name is there. So why is that?

Thanks for your response Carla. There is a separate icon asking me to activate Zoom when I sign into a meeting, otherwise I can't enter. Just my name is on my box. And the picture is in my profile when I go into my Zoom account but it doesn't show up...
