So far, I haven't found such a problem with support, so I'm turning here.
The problem occurred on the Galaxy Tap S10 FE device. I need to enter a camera broadcast, a screen broadcast to show a presentation, and record the entire session at the same time. But if you start the screen broadcast and go to the presentation (by minimizing the zoom), the zoom automatically turns off the camera video. Only the split-screen mode helps, but it doesn't look as good.
