Issue with Zoom API in Virtual Appointment Workflow

Hi Zoom Community,
I’m currently working on a healthcare service platform that supports virtual medical consultations. We’ve integrated the Zoom API to generate unique meeting links for each scheduled appointment.

However, we’ve encountered issues where:

  • Some patients do not receive the Zoom meeting link in their confirmation emails.

  • This is mostly happening for appointments booked via our custom system (built on WordPress).

  • We’ve tested it on desktop and Android mobile browsers.

  • Zoom version in use is 6.0.1.

We’ve followed Zoom API documentation closely, and it’s working intermittently. Has anyone else run into similar problems with appointment integrations?
