Can someone help me? I have been charged £144.99 for inadvertently subscribing to a zoom pro option. I only need the basic 30 minute free one, but took out a trial option because on one occasion I needed 50 minutes on zoom. The renewal date is set for today 31/08/2023. I have cancelled the subscription but I cannot afford the £144.99 which is the pending debit in my account. Can this be refunded? I cannot seem to contact anyone by phone to help
