Previously used background does not load

Have not used Zoom for approximately 6 months.  OS recently upgraded to sequoia 15.1.1   Previously available backgrounds no longer appear.  Are they no longer available with free account?  Have gone into settings and it seems to work if I want to upgrade.

If you're a free user, you might not have access to the background removal feature, or it may not be supported in the latest update. Here's a workaround:

1. Search for free virtual backgrounds on Google.
2. Download the images you like.
3. Add them to the background library of your video conferencing app.

This way, you can still customize your background without relying on the app's built-in features.
