Where is the "add" button on my virtual background settings?

On the virtual background, in settings, i do not have an "add" icon, how do I load my own pictures?

Under the virtual backgrounds tab there should be a + icon in the upper right. If not then we need to see a screenshot.

If there's no "Add" icon in your virtual background settings, try this:

1. Update your app – Make sure you're using the latest version.

2. Check permissions – Some accounts (like work/school) may restrict this feature.

3. Try a workaround – Join a meeting, click the ^ next to "Stop Video" → Choose Virtual Background → see if the "Add Image" option appears there.
