Poor playback quality

Hi!

 

I have recorded a short (~5 minute) clip a couple of times, and get the same issue on the playback which is skipping and an occasional spinning wheel.  Any suggestions of how to avoid this?

Hi,
I would recommend trying local recording instead of cloud recording as it records the original video and audio directly on your device without transmitting data to Zoom servers
