Poor audio quality

I get a lot of complaints from our online congregation connected to the service saying that the sound breaks and trips, loses quality whenever the instruments and singers play together. I am getting the audio directly from the mixer console into a (behringer) sound card and to the system but still, no clarity.

Make sure that you have "Use Original Sound"  selected in the Zoom Audio Settings.  And Each time when broadcasting, ensure that you see "Use Original Sound ON"  in the upper left of the zoom window.  If it says

"Use Original Sound OFF"  Click on it to turn it to ON
