Pin screen even if on mute

On a conference call, we have people working in the office and at home. In the office, we usually connect one of the computers to a speaker. This prevents Zoom from recognizing the person speaking and pin him or her automatically. I would suggest to continue "listening" and pin even if the person is muted.
