  • Zoom not responding when it was IDLE for more than 10 minutes on Windows 11.

 

I usually had church meetings every week and they last for almost 2 hours. Randomly, the app is not responding from a 10 minute to 1 hour mark. The camera and the audio are still working. But the app itself doesn't respond to anything. I had to force exit Zoom by Task Manager just to make the app operational again. Tried reinstalling the app. Same thing.

I had to use my phone as a backup.

 

Specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 5500u 

16GB DDR4-3200

1TB SK Hynix Gold P31

Windows 11

hello i did all that TWICE.

 

Still if i click new meeting all icons turn grey for a few sec then come back to color and nothing happens

 

Also clicking on settings yields nothing

 

We RELY on your app, i had a meeting ! hour ago

 

Help, i d hate to switch to google meet and have to make everybody switch
