Unable to set virtual background for iPad Air 2

Hi, I am using the same email to login to zoom for laptop & IPad. Virtual background already setup in laptop. But when I use iPad, virtual background does not show. I try to search for changing of virtual background function but could not find in setting.

Hi @Josephine96 this is because the iPad Air 2 does not meet the Virtual Background requirements, as the The iPad Air 2 is the second-generation iPad Air. 

 

  • Zoom mobile app, Global minimum version or higher
  • iPhone 8, 8+, X, or newer models
  • 5th and 6th generation 9.7" iPad
  • 7th generation and higher 10.2” iPad
  • iPad Pro
