My account was changed

Gentlefolk,
 
After not using my paid Zoom account - x- in some time, I opened the client on my pc and everything was different. Among other things, my ID is now y and when I zoomed with friends, we were limited as to time. 
 
I just paid my annual subscription of $160.02 on June 18th of this year. That's a lot of money, at least to me. I therefore want to know: 
 
  1. What happened to my time-unlimited account,  and
  2. How do I get it back again?
You folk keep sending me e-mail about all the new features you want to sell me. Why would I want to buy anything else from you if what I have been buying from you for years no longer works?
 
I am not happy about this at all.
