More than 30 hours

I have a paid account and I'm wondering if the 30 hours is always a hard limit?  A few of us use zoom to share our screen and what we are working on with each other and sometimes leave zoom up and going into the night because someone works late and needs to see the other screen.

If I forget to log out and back in, then the next day we get booted early afternoon for the 30 hour limit, despite actively using it.  

Any way to avoid this?
