I was looking to pull up a video recording of a meeting from this past October 7, 2023. I was surprised to find that even though there is an audio recording file available, no video recording file is available. This is odd since for all other meetings I have ever recorded, both files exist and are available. In fact, I don't even know how to selectively produce an audio recording file without a corresponding video recording file, nor do I know how to selectively delete just one or the other. (Hitting "delete" on a meeting line on the recordings page deletes all the files associated with that meeting--video, audio, and chat files.)
How can this be? Any idea where/how I can find the video recording? I have all of the files for a more recent meeting this past weekend, so I know the recording mechanism works (and should have worked this past October).
