The web client is working properly, but I cannot use SSO to sign into the desktop client or even join meeting IDs without being signed.

 

Zoom client reinstalls and computer reinstalls have not fixed the issue. Already attempted everything in this thread.

Hi Matt4,

 

Just curious, do you have your default browser set to allow pop-ups and redirects? Signing in with SSO should launch a webpage to your SSO login, but if your browser doesn't allow the redirect you will not be able to reach it.

I've had no issues accessing the SSO pop-up. It's in that next step that's failing. However, this appears to be linked to my company VPN, so will continue to troubleshoot with them first.
