Loss of ability to select photograph for background

Have used/enjooyed Zoom without incident for years. Until a few months ago I was able to select a photo on my Mac and use it as my background picture on Zoom; recently that ended (can't tell if that was Mac OS or Zoom update). Is that option no longer available?  If it is still available, is there a summary of the current process to use it on a Mac?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @45Cowdin

I'm not aware of any significant changes to the process for using an image as your virtual background.

Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end when you try to add an image? Is there an error message? Anything detailing what you see or encounter would help
