I have enabled live transcription within my settings however in the meeting I can't see the options to enable the live transription service, please see screenshot below and advise

If you want the automatic closed caption, you have to make sure the option is enabled on the web portal. It's disabled by default. The system will automatically do the live transcription (english only).

I have enabled it but the option is still not appearing in the meeting itself

I'm having the same problem as COPE_admin.  Any ideas?

For those who have trouble in future ... Zoom support guided me to enable live transcription in 2 places:  

  1. Personal settings
  2. Admin management:  Account settings

The feature is now available to me within meetings.
