Enabling Audio transcript

Hi,

 

How can I enable audio transcript in zoom, so as to have transcript vtt file ready post cloud-recorded zoom meeting? It says this option is locked

Hi @An2301, welcome to Zoom Community! The "create audio transcript" option is likely disabled by your Zoom account admin.  You'll need to contact your Zoom admin (IT or the account owner) and ask them to enable the setting.They will need to sign into the Zoom web portal, go to Account Management > Account Settings > Recording & Transcript, and check the box for "Create audio transcript" under the General tab.
