Issue with static resolved, way to now make tenant wide change to all users?

Hi All,

 

We have a few windows zoom users who have an issue with a constant static sound when sharing their screen during a meeting (remote users can even hear it). After much troubleshooting we found the users have to toggle off the "share computer sounds" option after clicking the middle sharing screen down arrow (attached picture). Is there a way to turn this off by default in the zoom admin portal for all users now?

Hi @Deev interesting, so I'm curious about your findings, but you're saying that after you toggled off sharing computer sound helped your static issue? I would suggest having the users update their Zoom client if an update is available to see if that helps your issue, as computer sound is intended to share the sound that is playing from your device.
