Help! I can't find the Recurring Meetings on my app.

All was well until this morning when I was looking for a Recurring Meeting (set to No Fixed Time). In the end, I have to log in to the web to conduct my meeting. Instead of Open Recurring Meetings on my tab, it now has Open Recordings (which is irrelevant for constant use). Did Zoom change the interface? I have tried looking for solutions on the web but found none. I have no need to integrate calendar settings. I hope this can be resolved soon. Thanks.

From the home tab scroll down the calendar and click "recurring meetings"

From the meetings tab go to the bottom of the window and click "recurring"

If this works please click accept as a solution.

Those two pictures that you posted show exactly the links that have disappeared!!

I used to have those links.  They are now gone.  I am sure it is the same problem as the other posters.

I have been having this problem intermittently for a long time.  Long-standing recurring meetings suddenly disappear.  If all of them disappear, then the link itself disappears.

I then recreate them.  It takes about a day for the recurring meetings link to reappear in the app.

Today, the recurring meetings link (and the meetings) have disappeared again.

I have done everything I can to ensure there is no end date for the meetings.  It has been only a few months since the last time I recreated them.

Resetting all the parameters for each meeting each time I want to start the meeting is not acceptable.

Please explain why this happens and provide a solution so that it does not continue.

I am sure I have the same problem as the other posters.  I have been dealing with it for a long time.

After I set up two recurring meetings (usually a few months later), either one or both of my recurring meetings disappears.

If both meetings disappear, then the link also disappears.  Like DianaTanHC, I also set them to "No Fixed Time".

Also, like DianaTanHC, Open recordings is now in place of Recurring Meetings on the Home page.  On the Meetings page it is just blank.

I then have to set up the meetings and all parameters from scratch again.

It then takes about a day (or maybe a few restarts) for the recurring meetings link to show up again.

This is not acceptable when you are about to start a meeting.  It defeats the point of the feature and provides no faith in the service.

Please provide a solution.   Or report the bug and let us know someone is working on it.  Or allow someone from Zoom to talk directly with someone who has the problem and view their screen to resolve.

Sorry I posted twice.  I thought the initial reply got lost and I posted another.  This is the more complete reply.

Update - One Day Later:

So I made a new recurring meeting yesterday.  However, the option Repeat "No Fixed Time" did not seem to exist anymore, so I did a 23:45 minute weekly repeating meeting instead.  I waited until today.  Now, my old Recurring Meetings Link is back - as I experienced before.  Both old meetings are still "No Fixed Time".  I think the new meeting creation may have jump started the recreation of the old link.  I dont know. I think I will be deleting my new meeting as it is not necessary.  But maybe it "holds on to" the link for the other two meetings. I dont know.

But why can I no longer create a new meeting with "No Fixed Time" ?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @VeebsWork! We're glad to have you here. Have you tried scheduling a no fixed time through the web portal?

I also have encountered this problem today. In the place where my recurring meetings (no fixed time) should appear, meeting recordings now appear, which, as mentioned by the poster above, are not useful in that spot. Kindly make these recurring meeting links available! I don't know why Zoom seems to discriminate against them, making them harder to schedule (you have to sign in and do it on the browser, when other meetings can be scheduled through the app), plus they have been moved around several times and occasionally disappear entirely, as now. I had to ask someone else who participates in this meeting I run every week to email me the link so I could start the meeting 😕

Thanks for your attention to this matter!
