how to share a document in Zoom meeting with Apple computer?

Hello,

I use Apple MacBook Air computer and I do Zoom meetings. But I could not share a full screen with others and could not share a document on the screen with other people.

Can you advice what I could do to solve the problem?

This could be caused by a few things.

First, please check the Security and Privacy permissions on your Macbook to ensure Zoom has permission to record and share your screen. This article has more info about that process: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360016688031
Secondly, let's check your Settings page on the web portal and ensure that the Disable desktop screen sharing for meetings you host option is disabled.
Update to the latest version of the Zoom desktop client, which can be downloaded from here: https://zoom.us/support/download Once downloaded and installed, give your computer a quick restart, just to be sure.

Try those things first and see if there is any change.
