During ALL my Zoom Meetings my video turns green and begins to shake. I have to turn my video off. Trying to get a hold of a HUMAN BEING to respond at the toll-free number is impossible. If I don't resolve this situation I will SUSPEND MY ZOOM ACCOUNT and move to GOOGLE MEETS.  I think I won't have this problem, which makes our business look very unprofessional. 

 

If Zoom is interested in helping with my account please contact me.  I will be happy to get this resolved and continue with my account if it is working. This has been going on for well into 2 months!

Hi @romymacias can you please attempt to update your Zoom client, I am currently running 5.13.10 (16307 Release notes) with no issues on MacOS.
