Hello,

I am a employee at Harvard, I can sign-in zoom website with my Harvard account. However, I can only set up a meeting with 40 min time limit. Shouldn't scheduling meetings without time limit be free for Harvard account?

Best regards

Hello,

This would be a question for one of your Zoom account admins. I would advise reaching out to an admin to verify your license which will further inform you of what your time limit should be.

I hope this helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

Thank you,

Jake

Hello Jake,

It seems that my account has been reset by click a 'SSO' button. Now should be able to schedule meetings without time limit.

Thanks,
