Hi everyone
Any idea why Iran is not included in the registration lists of Zoom? every islands of the middle of nowhere is included, but Iran, is not!:)

Yes, it appears zoom again is boycotting Iran. I think for a couple of years it did NOT and it was great using zoom from Iran. But once again zoom has joined the ASININE category of web businesses filtering Iranian IP's. It's asinine because they are NOT required to do so legally. In fact, the reason they stopped filtering Iran back in 2022 was a White House directive exempting Iran and actually encouraging digital communication businesses to embrace Iranians. Now, apparently, zoom has decided otherwise again.
I strongly encourage you to use Google Meet, which is not filtered.
I have to use zoom because of a weekly meeting that only uses zoom.
I wish to god I didn't have to. I have no respect for businesses to exclude others when there's no legal reason for them to do it. The Internet is about inclusion or it used to be. Zoom apparently couldn't give rat's about that. I would think with Trump in office they are even more likely to become exclusionary.
