I recently emailed a link for a meeting several weeks in advance of the Zoom session. When it came time to sign in, I and everyone else got an “Invalid ID” message. I am wondering if I invalidated the link by clicking on it to test it before I sent out the invite.

Hey @SusannaO start by signing out and signing back into the client, ensuring you're using the correct Zoom account to join, and ensure you're running the latest update of Zoom.

However, if all else fails, please reach out to the host to ensure the meeting details are correct, if still having trouble try creating a new meeting and having the host (if not the host) re-submit the meeting details!

If you're still having issues, I can help you get a ticket open with our technical support team!
