I know how to set up interpretation and people can select it through the app, but if someone dials in how do they access it?

Interpretation is not available via dial-in. As an audio and broadcast engineer I can tell you that computer audio can be very complicated. If you must have dial-in interpretation you would need to route the interpretation audio thru a separate dial-up service audio bridge such as FCC HD or a call to listen service such as Zeno.

Hi @CorinChoppin, great question! 👋
Currently, Zoom’s language interpretation feature isn’t available for participants who join by phone (dial-in). Dial-in users can only hear the main (floor) audio they won’t have access to the interpreter channels since those require the Zoom client or mobile app interface.
