Hi there. A friend showed me how to use the immersive view during a meeting. However, my own image shows up there with a circle around it and my (real) background visible. How do I get this fixed? My friend's image showed up just her face and torso, no background. I'm on a iMac, OS 10.3.6

Hi,
Can you please send a screenshot or photo? Also, have you tried updating your Zoom desktop client to the current version?

Hi. No, I'm not able to take a screenshot of zoom meetings, sorry. I tried making a recording but wasn't able to screenshot from that, either! I'll make sure my zoom is upadated; it usually does that automatically.
