Hello There,
The Zoom Poll doesn't allow you to specify 2 out of 4, however you can enable "advanced polls and quizzes" and set up the question as a quiz, this will allow you to specify which of the options are the correct ones for your students to answer. Here's an article that shows you how you can enable this - https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4412325214477-Advanced-polling-and-quizzing-for-meetings
Hope this helps you, if it does please do click on "Accept as Solution"

I don't believe your suggestion will allow us to "pick any two."
Is there any new solution now that it's three years later?
