screensharing = cannot hear audio played but student can, screenshot is black in message

While hosting a meeting when I share screen I cannot hear audio of a recording or  youtube while my student can.  Also when screensharing when I want to screenshot my entire computer screen turns completely black and also the screenshot is then black no error codes,  I have updated drivers, windows 11
