I recorded a video presentation (I was a participant, and I was GRANTED permission to record it.
Upon the ending of it, I went into my Zoom Folder and see a 281,000KB file with the filename, but when I click on it, nothing happens!
I tried to manually convert it by opening Zoom, and then going to Recordings, but there is nothing shown. Remember, I was not the host but a participant.
What can I do?!?!?! Very important information there, but I cannot access it. I have the latest WIndows 10 with plenty of firepower in both graphics, HD speed and etc.
