I can't use my paid account. When will the problem be solved?

Why is my paid account suddenly limited to 40 minutes? 

I have the same problem since friday (january 21st). When will Zoom resolve this problem?

I still have the same problem. I paid but I don`t have the service. I don´t know what's happening.

I just tried to schedule a monthly Committee meeting as am having the same 40 minute restriction, when will it be resolved
