I can't share my screen when I am a host

I am on a Macbook Air I bought two weeks ago. Since seamless porting over my data to the new computer, Zoom won't let me share my screen. When I click the Share button, the tab picker pops up as normal but I can't see any of my tabs in the tab icons. I see generic icons as in the attachment. If I click on one of these generic icons, I get the alert (in another attached pic) that says I have to go to Privacy and Settings. But it doesn't tell me what I am supposed to do when I get there. 

 

In Privacy and Settings:

– Zoom is ON in Accessibility

– Zoom is ON in Camera

– Zoom is ON in Microphone

– I can't add Zoom to Screen & System Audio recording because it is the only app in my Applications folder that doesn't show up in the Applications Folder Open Dialogue Box (see 3rd attachment)

@IRChamandy - I think you are on the right track, and the key is the "Screen & Audio Recording" and adding Zoom.  I hate to suggest it, but have you uninstalled and reinstalled the application to see if it will show up in the available applications?

If you don't see The Zoom app in your main Applications folder, it might be installed in your user apps folder.

 

If you have the Zoom icon in your Dock, click it while holding the command-key on your keyboard. This will take you to the app's location on your drive.

 

A neat Finder trick is that when you're looking at the add application dialog box as shown in your attachment "Screen and Audio Recording.jpg," if you drag the Zoom application icon from an open Finder window to the add application window, it will automatically navigate to the location of the Zoom app.

 

We instructed our employees to install Zoom into their user apps folder (~/Applications) so they are able to run updates without requiring an administrator's credentials.
