I Can't Use Video as Virtual Background

If i want to add my virtual background, there is only 1 option which is add image. I already update my zoom to 5.7.5. Pls help me how ?

Hi @Devanga , 

If that is the only option available, it means that either your account Admin does not allow the use of Video virtual backgrounds, or you don't meet the system requirements to use a video as a virtual background

Hello @Devanga  

This could mean that your device can only handle pictures, not videos. But, I would recommend you to change some settings in your account. Also, try again. I also recommend you to go through this link  which @Bort had already given.
