Although I haven't tested this feature specifically with Zoom Meeting SDK, Zoom doesn't have a feature to disable it from Zoom Meeting & I would expect the same behaviour with Zoom Meeting SDK as well.

It is my understanding, also, that the recording notification is a requisite security/privacy measure.
