How to add people to breakout rooms who are on their phones

Does anyone know  how to add someone who is calling into a meeting by phone into a breakout room? The people I am working with do not have zoom installed on their phone but I would like to be able to include them in the breakout session. Thanks!

@muse4change Once they dial into the meeting they can be assigned to a breakout room like the other participants. Once they are assigned they are automatically moved and notified on their device.
