two meetings at once - sort of?

Can I begin a regular Zoom meeting, then make someone else the host (and leave) and then begin a webinar before the other meeting has ended?

@CaseyOBrien You can not have a Zoom meeting and a webinar under the same account running at the same time. 

Unless you are on a Business or higher plan, you can only run one meeting at a time, but never a webinar and meeting at the same time.
