How to Disable Auto Recording

I have disabled automatic recording in my web app. I did this by going to setting>recordings and scrolling down to "automatic recording" and turning that off. 

 

I have logged out and logged back in and restarted chrome and also my computer. I even logged out of my desktop zoom app and logged back in. 

 

YET... all my calls STILL keep automatically recording. 

 

I have been trying this for a couple of months now and I cannot get the auto recording to turn off. 

 

I should say this- On my desktop app, I have my zoom recordings being saved to a specific folder, not the zoom cloud. I have recordings being dropped in drive folder so it auto-syncs to my own drive. This part I set up on the desktop app and nit the web app. I don't think this is the problem but letting you all know here just in case something could be up with this. 

 

How do I disable automatic recording?
